Do Drum kit Shell Packs come with a racking system?

I have been looking at drum kits and the shell packs say no hardware included, but they don’t say if it comes with the racking system. Can someone help me? This is the kit I am looking at

Generally drum kits do not come with any hardware (except for tom mounting hardware).

This allows you more freedom to choose individual stands, rack systems, etc.

My friend bought a Gretsch Catalina Ash shell kit from Musicians Friend (and we had a hell of a time getting all of the pieces – it was missing two of the mounted toms), he opted for the Gibraltar hardware package (he was probably about $800 into it by that point).

You might be better off hunting around at some music stores or pawn shops to get a whole kit cheap.

Make sure to save money for cymbals too – they can get expensive quick (and cheap ones suck – stick to zildjian and sabian).
